Top Burmese – NW 21st Ave is the original location of the Top Burmese restaurant group and serves traditional and modern Burmese cuisine from Myanmar, Southeast Asia, in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2019 by Burma-born owners Kalvin and Poe, Top Burmese was among the first restaurants in Oregon dedicated to introducing Burmese cuisine to a wider audience.
